These terms apply when you use texastreetops.com, request an estimate from Texas Tree Tops-Tree Services LLC (“Texas Tree Tops,” “we,” “us”), or exchange text messages with us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our messaging service.

SMS and text messaging terms

Program. Texas Tree Tops sends text messages about tree service estimates and jobs — requesting photos of your trees, delivering your quote, answering questions about it, confirming appointments, and reminding you before our crew arrives. We also reply to messages you send us.

How you join. You are enrolled only when you check the optional SMS consent box on our website estimate form (it is unchecked by default, and you can submit the form without it) or when you expressly agree on a call with our staff, who note your agreement and its date on your record. If you text us first, we will answer you, but replying to your message is not enrollment in recurring texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency varies depending on your job and how much back-and-forth it takes.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation and then stop. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers may change, and delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or device.

How we handle the information behind these messages is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that SMS consent and mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Estimates and quotes

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• An estimate is based on the information and photos you give us and on what we can observe. If conditions on site turn out to be materially different — hidden decay, access we could not see, utilities, or additional trees — we will tell you and agree any change with you before doing that work.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices can change after that.
• Work is scheduled once you accept the quote. Weather and storm demand can move schedules; we will keep you informed.

Your property and access

• You confirm you own the property or are authorised to have the work done, and that you have any permission needed from an HOA, landlord, or neighbour.
• Some cities require a permit for tree removal. Where that applies we will tell you what we understand to be required, but it remains your responsibility to confirm local rules for your property.
• Please keep vehicles, pets, and people clear of the work area, and tell us about anything underground or hidden we would not otherwise see.
